- You need 1 cup of rice.
- Use 250 gm of fenugreek leaves (rinsed and chopped).

- Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder stir well.add 2-3 cup of water,add soaked rice and stir very well..
- Bring the methi rice to a quick boil.once the rice comes to a boil,turn the heat low,cover the pan and allow the rice to cook until all the water is completely absorbed..
- Once the water is completely absorbed turn the heat off and allow the rice to rest for about 5 mins..
- After 5 mins.open the pan, add ghee and stir in to the rice to well combine..
