- Prepare 1 tbls of fresh chopped fennel.
- Get 5-6 of , Frozen florets of Broccoli.
- You need 2 of Corn on the cob.
- You need 1/4 Cup of frozen mixed veg ie, peas, Cauliflour, carrot.
- Use 2 slices of lemon.
- Use 1 Squeeze of the lemon.
- Use 1/4 cup of fresh parsley.
- Provide 1/4 cup of black cracked pepper.
- Prepare 12 tsp of Sea salt.
- Take 1/4 tsp of Malt vinegar.
- You need 2 tbls of double cream.

- Add the butter to melt in 1 large frying pan. Add the crushed garlic and fry for 1 minute. Add the fresh chopped fennel, basil and chopped parsley.
