  1. Wash and soak dry Soybeans in enough water for overnight. It is important to do so. Next day, blend it to a little bit coarse paste. Add Green chillies and Salt to it while doing so.   2. Rice flour has been added by me as an innovative twist. You can very well add roasted Gram flour if desired. Sumac is an essential component of this Middle Eastern snack.   3. Drop small balls of the batter into the hot Oil on a medium high heat. Deep fry until golden brown and crisp..
