- You need 500 g of mince lamb.
- Prepare 250 g of refine flour.
- Prepare of Salt.
- Prepare 1 tsp of vegetable oil / ghee.
- Take 5 g of garam masala.
- You need 5 g of chopped ginger.
- Provide 4 of gloves of garlic.
- Use 4 of chopped green chilli pepper.
- Provide 1 bunch of coriander.

- Take 50 g of peas.

- Keema: Heat a wok or big frying pan and add the 100g of butter coating the base, add chopped onions to it and fry, then add 2tsp of salt, the cumin seeds, chopped garlic and ginger and fry on medium heat till the onions are nice and thin, add the lamb and cook till brown, then add the chopped tomatoes, peas and turmeric and cook till the moisture is dried.
